Civil War Dress 2017 by Thy-Darkest-Hour is a shining example of historically-accurate costumery. The colours work nicely together and is realistic enough to the era where it came from. It looks deceptively simple, but it's the accumulation of lots of hard work. And it's expertly done.

It seems I never got around to posting any really good photos of this dress that I made for last year's Guyandotte reenactment. Things always look so much better all posed on the mannequin. Thank you for looking! This year's creation coming soon though I think that this will remain my favorite dress to date.
