Vision: I love those waves there, white color makes balance with tree in left. Also sky and sands making great feeling. Everything balanced! So I`m giving 4 stars. Originality: everybody needs picture like this... and mostly everybody has it. So I`m giving 2 stars. Technique: No composition here. Photo looks with lot of work on after edit, but then why You didn't fix the composition? So I`m giving 2 stars. Impact: Colors are eye catching, that`s why i give 2,5 stars.
Maybe You can add location of the place in photo? Otherwise i love picture, because of a color balance.
I love this one. The first impression that I get is that I'm lost in some unreal fantasy world. I also get the sense of solitude and emptiness from this art - which is great. Either as a premade BG or stand-alone art, this art is good to mix your feelings.
I also like how it's made. I see some real photo elements and also some painting-like elements. They r great combination. I also like the color of sunset (orange/yellowish). This is a must-use premade BG for all photomanip artists who want a quick way to create sad or serene art.
And, oh, I honestly can't find anything wrong with this art to criticize Overall, great art!
Hey, just wanted to double check and get permission to use this background. I had it fav'd from a thumbnail and didn't notice the message at the bottom until now. It would be a horse manip, but I haven't picked a horse yet, I just have the stock on hand.
I'm am very sorry, Normally I read the rules and follow them to a 'T'. I am sorry that I broke the rules, I respect your opinion and will remove it imediatly. I read over what you said and I agree with much of it, though I can only try to improve and that is what I do, which is what I was doing. I'm not perfect at photomanipulations, no one is at anything, I can't say I am, but I can't say I don't try, either. That manip took me about 1/2 hour just on getting the horse in the right position, and proubably another 1 (at least) on trying to get the filters to make it look right. If you look at what the horse was before and what my horse looks like, you will see much difference, Of course it is not copied and pasted with nothing else done.
I appreciate that you removed the image and read what I wrote.
I did look at the before of the horse, despite what you say, I failed to see a notable difference in either position or color; I would like to mention though, that you are quite welcome to re-create the background from the stocks provided. I'd also like to say that not every color will fit into another scheme, ex. brown onto pink, sometimes it just won't work it seems.
When you say horse manips, do you mean manips with horses in them? I was planning in making one (I would credit you on the image and post a link here afterwards of course) with a horse in it, but wanted to check with you first.
By horse manips I mean a clear-cut horse stuck on top of a background. Are you planning a manip with just a horse in it or with other additional elements, people, objects, etc.? Presently though if it is just a horse on a background, there aren't any manips in your gallery by which I can judge your skill level to say yes or no.
