The silk? Probably about 15 minutes for the blur and to figure out where the high and low lights should go.
Okay... Well, this is going to be more of a critique than an opinion.
The sky looks a little pixilated in comparison to the rest of the image, I'd do a slight surface blur filter on it in addition to upping the vibrance or contrast to make it fit better with the image as a whole.
Also, I'd pay attention to the light source, the sky and to the right. I'd dodge the model's hair, the raven, and the lion accordingly and probably add some right side highlights to each element.
I don't know why, but to me there looks to be something off about the tiger, maybe its too deep into the background, I don't know.
Last, I'd add a color balance layer on top of the rest to really make the image seem totally cohesive.
